On 18 December 2014, the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) office in Kosovo, in collaboration with the National Board for Control of Cancer, organised a round table for presenting a report about services for prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cervical, breast, and prostate cancer in Kosovo. This evaluation was carried out by members of the National Board for Control of Cancer, in collaboration with international consultant Dr. Philip Davis, supported by the UNFPA office in Kosovo.

The purpose of the workshop was to discuss the findings and recommendations regarding the current situation of services for prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer of the cervix, breast, and prostate, as well as further steps to develop the action plan for cancer screening in Kosovo
