We were honored to be a part of a remarkable ceremony, recognizing and celebrating the resilience and contributions of 33 extraordinary women of Kosovo! Deservedly, the 'Goddess' trophy presented by Kosovo Goodwill Ambassador Elvana Shala recognizes their inspiring work within diverse marginalized categories and their tireless championing of human rights.
Their impact, often unseen and underappreciated, deserves the spotlight. Through health challenges, prejudices, and numerous barriers, these women remained unwavering voices of justice, strength, and courage. It's a testament to their rock-solid dedication to carve out a deserving place for women in Kosovan society.
In acknowledging the pivotal role of women, especially from marginalized groups, this ceremony and decoration aim to empower the recipients on their path to full integration of all groups into our society. It also serves as great inspiration to all of us, especially the younger generations to persist in their contributions to the cause of human rights.
